I wasn't sure who Margarita would be likely to marry in this scenario. I wasn't sure how much his early death would change things. Leonor I thought would be able to easily get Catalina's OTL husband - Charles Emmanuel, Duke of Savoy but tell me if that seems unlikely.

I was tempted to have Isabel marry Henri IV as I think it would be funny and I thought the year could work since it's the same year that Isabel married and Henri remarried Maria de Medicis in OTL but Isabel being nine years older than Maria, it's probably more likely that if any of the girls marry him, it's the youngest Maria who would be five years younger than Maria de Medicis at the time.

Alternatively, Ernst of Austria - not Albrecht - was only Isabel's fiancé after Rudolf II said he wouldn't marry anyone. Likely Margarita and Ernie marry earlier here (if a Portuguese match is either unnecessary or unavailable). Which could make things interesting when Rudolf dies with no legitimate kids

I wasn't sure who Margarita would be likely to marry in this scenario. I considered Isabel's OTL husband for her - Albert, Duke of Austria but at the time of Isabel and Catalina's marriages in OTL, their younger brother Felipe was alive and kicking. I wasn't sure how much his early death would change things. Leonor I thought would be able to easily get Catalina's OTL husband - Charles Emmanuel, Duke of Savoy but tell me if that seems unlikely.

I was tempted to have Isabel marry Henri IV as I think it would be funny and I thought the year could work since it's the same year that Isabel married and Henri remarried Maria de Medicis in OTL but Isabel being nine years older than Maria, it's probably more likely that if any of the girls marry him, it's the youngest Maria who would be five years younger than Maria de Medicis at the time.

I'm totally open to suggestions on marriage options for all the unmarried girls and any of Leonor's children if her match seems plausible.

Margarita would marry Archduke Ernest of Austria as soon Felipe died. As Catholic Kings of the right age are missing Leonor could end as Duchess of Savoy and her other three sisters married to Italian or German rulers… Or Margarita could have been already married to Ernest (with the Netherlands promised to them) with Leonor being the unlucky fiancée of Rudolf (with her eventually marrying either Matthias or Albert with the Netherlands as dowry) and Isabel as Duchess of Savoy and Catalina and Juana elsewhere in Italy or Germany

I highly doubt that Margarita would be allowed to inherit the Spanish domains and the Low Countries. I think more likely is one of the twins being Queen of Spain, Naples, Sicily, Sardinia, etc. and one of the twins being Lady of the Netherlands. Also, I personally like the idea of whichever twin inherits Spain marrying https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duarte,_Duke_of_Guimarães_(1541–1576) while the one who inherits the Low Countries marries her cousin Archduke Ernst.

First, I can't see Henry VII even considering remarriage after Elizabeth's death if he has two sons still living from her. Second, Arthur and Katherine of Aragon's daughter is absolutely not going to be marrying Charles V with her Uncle Henry still alive. She will be marrying Henry VIII, or Edmund should something happen to Henry. Third, I would switch the matches of Elizabeth Tudor and Mary Tudor as I'm fairly certain that Charles Orlando and Elizabeth were betrothed even during their brief lives IOTL and Christian II would only be taken into serious consideration after his father's death, by which point Elizabeth is almost certainly already married in France. And finally, Jane Tudor and Anne Tudor would not be sovereign duchesses, but they would inherit any lower titles that their respective fathers held (ie countess of Richmond/countess of Bedford).

Arthur‘s daughter would be either married to her uncle Henry or sent in a convent as everything else would cause troubles for the Tudors. Henry VII here would have no reason for marrying again (or try to have the last child who killed Elizabeth) with two sons still alive. If she was still born Katherine of England would be the one engaged to Charles V (and Arthur’s daughter would be called either Elizabeth after both her grandmothers or Margaret). Anne Boleyn would NOT receive any title of her own and Jane Seymour would NEVER be seen as good enough for becoming a royal Duchess (Elizabeth Grey, Viscountess Lisle would be a far likelier bride). Edmund of Somerset would marry Madeleine de la Tour d’Auvergne NOT Louise Borgia and I doubt who James V would be able to get a sister of Charles V as bride. Also Elizabeth Tudor would be the one to marry the King of France with her younger sister Mary marrying to Christian II of Denmark or Charles V
