So Isabella marries her nephew? And is William Anne Boleyn’s son?

From Desiree Bonaparte
France, 1799

Desirée Bonaparte, wife of the newly installed First Consul of the French Republic, was talking to her escort, her husband‘s newest aide de camp and the youngest among them as Eugene de Beauharnais was only 18 years old. Obviously the boy was far from unknown to both her and her husband as he was the stepson of the late and greatly mourned general Hoche and his mother, Rose, was a brilliant hostess, close friend of Therese Tallien and so at the heart of the Parisian society and had just remarried to one of Napoleon‘s most important officers, Joachim Murat. Desirée also knew well enough Eugene’s younger sister, Hortense, as she was a schoolmate of Caroline, her youngest sister-in-law, who looked to be much interested in the young man. Hopefully Napoleon would not disapprove, as she knew who her husband would liked better a wedding between Caroline and general Moreau, but the latter was already engaged and Napoleon’s other favorite for his sister, his closest aid Duroc, had looked to be much more interested in Hortense than Caroline when he had been sent to retrieve both girls from their school.

Amazing work!

I imagine that Ferdinand I formally adopted his nephew and namesake when it became clear that children wouldnt be coming from him.

And will Philip II have a second son to pass burgundy onto?

Burgundy will go to Ferdinand as it will be destined to him since his birth.

Got it, Hope he's more tolerant than his big brother.
John is the more tolerant/religious indifferent of his brothers and OTL Philip knew when he needed to be pragmatic . In any case Ferdinand was raised in Burgundy since he was six or seven as his father named him as Count of Charolais as soon he was three years old so the seventeen provinces never rebelled against the Habsburg authority

What leads to Pauline and Leclerc having children in this timeline?

The fact who OTL they had a son (who died young), maybe? She had no child by Borghese but Leclerc was a different thing
I was unaware that she had had a child with Leclerc who died young. Who do you see Bernadotte marrying with Desiree as Napoleon's wife?
