I did look it up before posting but after writing and in general it was a common consensus certain events would play out. Even freakin’ Screen Rant had a list on it.
The Sopranos is a film. As the creator wanted to break into film and away from television. It was released under Fox and produced by Martin Scorsese. The cut to black ending is praised instead of criticized. Tony within the film is seeing a therapist that he is lying to about what he does but she slowly catches on(as a former mobster watching the show pointed out they would kill the therapist if they found out she knew).
Breaking Bad gets hit hard with this as it benefited from the writer’s strike. Which led to cancelled plans to kill off either Hank or Jesse. Here they choose Hank due to liking Jesse. It ends in three seasons which ironically means the comment about Walter White having two years to live turns out to be correct as he dies two years after the premiere. There’s a spinoff but El Camino gets merged in with Better Call Saul meaning both Jesse and Saul go to prison at the end. This is because Vince Gilligan originally conceived Jesse getting arrested but this was too similar to the in progress Better Call Saul. Saul also does r work in a Cinnabon but a hot topic, which he almost did but it was changed because they sold Breaking Bad Merch.
Damn, those are quite the changes. I think ironically both Sopranos and Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul/El Camino fans would prefer our universe over this one, but as shown before with other popular works in this universe, sometimes you win some you lose some.

It will likely still happen but at a different time. Breaking Bad and the Wire will still exist for one.
What will happen to Yoshifumi Kondō and Satoshi Kon in this timeline? Also what happens to Imagi Animation Studios in this universe?
Kondo was originally going to become Miyazaki and Takahata’s successor before his sudden death, Kon was working on his unfinished film Dreaming Machine at the time of his unexpected death, and Imagi Animation Studios were planning and working on more adaptations of famous anime when the failure of their Astro Boy film sunk the company.

I already had plans for Kondō surviving as the cause of death is usually tied to stress. His death OTL did lead to Miyazaki taking a hiatus but Miyazaki has gone in and out or retirement several times so it’s unlikely to be permanent. Kon will at least finish dreaming machine.
Imagi Nation will get to release a Gatchaman film and their cancelled Legend of Zelda film.
