Let's just say during the Great Eastern Crisis, Germany in attempt to satsain there alliance with Russia supports Bulgaria and tells the Austro-Hungarians to get out of Bosnia.
Or a more reasonable and at the very least in 1887 Russia and Germany support the unification of Bulgaria and the both of them condem Austro-Hungary for supporting Serbia who invaded Bulgaria.
I think this ties with with Bismarck trying to keep Germany in an alliance with Russia no matter the cost. Even in the Leage of the Three Emperors both Russia and Germany knew that Austria-Hungary was the junior partner.

Would any of these moves push the Habsburgs towards the Entente and would the New Central Powers constist of Germany Russia and Italy? Would World War One still happen and if so what would be the fait of the Habsburgs and the Ottoman Turks?

A-H and Germany still have no reason to come to blows, and Russia's growth unchecked is not to German advantage either; a rapprochement of sorts would eventually happen. The UK probably sees this abortive German-Russian liaison as a threat, and helps A-H diplomatically. All in all, I think this only changes the borders of Bulgaria, but eventually doesn't do anything to the deep causes of WW1 (except probably butterfly the OTL spark to another similar spark instead).

So the Habsburgs would willing except there fait and still remain in the Legue of the Three Emperors as the junior week partner?
Yeah, Austria know their weak position OTL, that's why they got for the lowest hanging fruit outside colonies...as they couldn't reach anyone else. If for better or worse, depends, now the Serbs and Bosnian will be busy against each other and the rest of the league can placate any pan slavism bullshit.

Maybe AH tries for asian colonies?
