WI: Henry of Castile becomes king instead of his brother Alfonso X

Enrique has an interesting story, Initially he revolted against his brother, but lost and went into English exile, after failing to achieve anything in both England and France, he went to serve as a mercenary in the Maghreb Where he served the hafsids , leaving England Promising the English king that he would not attack Castile together With the muslims.

With him to the Maghreb went some Spanish knights also in search of money, And he conquered the city of Miliana with the Emir's brother abou hafs, After this And With a lot of money from hafsids, he returned to Europe where he initially followed Carlos de Anjou to Sicily Where he invested a lot of Money in Carlos and expected a return on his investments with the conquest of Sicily , but he only receive the title of Roman senator (which became his nickname "the senator") That despite giving him some civil power in Rome did not satisfy him, Then he switches side to conradin But he was defeated And was arrested And imprisoned for 23 years by Carlos (Eleanor and Edward tried to free him but Carlos refused ), At the end of his life he returned to Castile where he served as guardian of his grandnephew Ferdinand IV.

Now let's say that Enrique manages to dethrone Alfonso or Alfonso dies and passes the throne to Enrique, what would be the changes? How would Enrique's personality And he ambition affect Castilian politics?

I honestly am not well enough informed on how Carlos succeeding Alfonso X or replacing him as ruler could change Castilian politics in the long term, but I certainly know that something like this would have immediate effects in the HRE, given that with Alfonso
put aside, it would facilitate the position of Richard of Cornwall or another candidate to be officially recognized as Rex Romanorum by the imperial princes ( also because they would prefer a weak sovereign compared to Ottokar II, given than they feared the increase in power of Bohemia ) even if then there would have been all the other problems of organizing and carrying out a Romzung to be crowned by the Pope ( even if in this period, the counter-power of the SPQR ( led by the Colonna ) was starting to create big problems for the pontiffs, who were gradually losing the ability to govern the city ( without forgetting the growing Anjou interference ), and who therefore felt threatened in residing in a Rome that was no longer totally under their exclusive control, from here we see the beginning of the problems that led to Anagni's slap and the subsequent Avignon captivity, and at the same time allowed Henry VII and Ludwig IV to spend long stays in Rome, where they even held a court ( together with the senate ) and then consolidate their kingdom, are another series of significant challenges
