Not really but at least Italy's population to being aware that Mussolini and his party may lead to their destruction.
That is true, this Benny the Moose can not claim that the Italians were denied what they had been promised before and during WW1 as gains for their participation with the Entente, unlike OTL did to rally support for further War (and that only lastet until he was kicked out in 1943)...
E) I would Try to negotiate to turn both against Nazi Germany together in a Latin Union with Francoist Spain and Salazar Portugal. Probably a controversial choice
Which may also lead to Mussolini and the fascist party will begin to lose support, even if he attempts to crackdown on the rising anti war sentiment and attempt to gain further power but that'll backfire.

It was in the growing rivalry between the Nationalist French and Fascist Italian, but decided not only not to give the Italians their claimed Nice, Corsica and the Rhone Border and instead choose to give the Nationalist French back Tunisia and French Somaliland. At the same time not wishing to alienate the Italian Fascists, the idea of a Latin Union with Francoist Spain and Salazar Portugal was proposed, both to keep the Western European and Mediterranean powers independent from Britain/ England and Nazi Germany alike, while also ensuring and securing peace in Western Europe. The problem to the idea was the Italian claim on French lands and the Spanish claims on French Morocco made any such alliance problematic and unrealistic, as special the Nationalist French, who themselves claimed some territories from the Spanish (Catalonia), the Italians (Sardinia) and the Belgians, Dutch and Germans (Rhine Border) on their own. This foreign political failure was used by il Duce Benito Mussolini fell short on his glorious promises to the Italian people and public, claiming the League of Nations and the Western Powers of Europe had back-stabbed and betrayed the Italian Kingdom and Empire in fear of it’s greatness and dominance in the Mediterranean, Northern Africa, Southern Europe and Southwestern Europe. At the very same time the Italian Fascist Party itself was beginning to oppose the ambitious and aggressive foreign policy and diplomacy of Benito Mussolini himself, as it began to show that it was isolating and endangering the Italian position in the Mediterranean and the Global stage much more then it apparently favored them. This way many of them personally only opposed Mussolini directly, so they themselves could hold his positions and power.

At the same time in the Chalumna River, South Africa, the coelacanth, a fish thought to have been extinct is rediscovered. In Japan the massive avalanche of snow hits construction workers in a dormitory site in Kurobe, Japan, killing a total of 87 people.

We should* support the actual sane and competent members of the Italian Fascist party like Dino Grandi that opposes Mussolini and his insane ideals, which may also lead to a sort of domino effect towards the Nationalists/Fascists nations like Austria-Hungary, Nazi Germany, Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey.

Maybe, but OTL Mussolini was a opportunist, only striking when he felt it was safe doing so and things seamed mostly over with the Fall of France, while Franco never actively joined and demanded to much, so on their own and with a strong France or Germany and Britain they might not act up at all.

At the same time both Nazi Germany and Nationalist France blame one another to be secretly ruled by Jewish financiers, who seek to destroy them in Europe and instead declare they would destroy the Jewish race and it’s puppets in Europe, a move that would see a further increasing Jewish exodus out of Europe and their zones of influence. The increase of radical Nationalists in both France and Germany lead more less-radical and moderate Italian Fascists, like Dino Grandi, who opposed Mussolinis more radical foreign policies and alliance ambition look much more stabilizing for Southern Europe and the Mediterranean, resulting in some Western Powers and League of Nations members secretly contacting them, hoping this way the Fascist Italians could be swayed back into a pro-Western Alliance camp and maybe have an appeasing and calming sort of domino effect towards the other Nationalists and/ or Fascists nations like Austria-Hungary, Nazi Germany, Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey.
